Experienced, Lean and Responsive
Revolutions Pallet System
- Is your product large or awkward to handle?
- Do you have a highly variable product mix or even one-piece flow?
- Do you require both manual and automated processes?

Automation Specialist Services, an IAR group company, has developed a modular assembly concept that solves this difficult combination of requirements. Our system features customizable pallets to transport your product between assembly and test stations. At each station screens will prompt the operator to perform the specific steps required for that specific pallet. Multiple models of a given product can be produced simultaneously, or even custom assembly at each station to achieve one-piece flow.
Pallets are optimized for each product. They can articulate to rotate in any combination of roll, pitch & yaw, providing operator access to all sides of the product. Safety is ensured by locking the pallet in position and ensuring the part is correctly aligned before release. The unique design of these pallets places the RFID tag, pallet stop tooling and anti-tip tooling below and inside the pallet, eliminating possible pinch points.

Pallets can be accumulated to permit longer processes to occur in batches
Rework and offline work can be accommodated by automatically transferring pallets to special carts which maintain part tracking and control while permitting offline work and re-introduction to the line.
Processes can be fully manual, semi or fully automated. The system supports pick to light, actively monitored tool cribs, machine vision and bar coder readers to ensure product quality. An HMI or PC at each station provides work instructions and decisive feedback to the operator. Work instructions are configured at a process level; the system can create unique combinations for each part.
